Seattle residents are facing a wet and windy morning with a 100% chance of rain and temperatures around 45°F. Wind gusts could reach 31 mph, making it feel closer to 39°F. A Coastal Flood Advisory warns of minor flooding in specific areas.

In some neighborhoods today, the rain could be heavy and intense. Driving could be difficult where the downpours develop.

TERMAs of noon Sunday, three river Flood Warnings were still posted — one for the Skokomish River at Potlatch, another for the Chehalis River at Porter in Grays Harbor County and another for the White River in south King and north Pierce Counties.

Seattle experienced minor coastal flooding, and the National Weather Service issued a flood advisory. Rain is expected to continue throughout the week, with no sign of easing.

An updated flood watch was issued by the NWS Seattle WA on Tuesday at 12:28 a.m. valid from 1 p.m. until Thursday 4 a.m. for Mason County.
