I’ve been running these in my Titan Build training teams to bias the brachialis and brachioradialis. While sensation isn’t that important for growth it actually does feel like my brachialis is doing more compared to my biceps when I’m doing these which makes sense on paper. The neutral grip and flexed shoulder both play a role in that. Make better gains.
